El Valle
El Valle de Anton is a magical place for a weekend away from Panama's lowland heat, a fertile volcanic valley filled with bright flowers, square trees and golden frogs. Seated at an altitude of some 2,500 ft., El Valle is cradled in the crater of an extinct pre-historic volcano. The actual town of El Valle is nestled 18 miles (28 Km.) off the main Pan-American Highway. Driving into El Valle is one can enjoy beautiful breath-taking sights of majestic mountains that boast gorgeous hues of blues and greens.
